We need Adobe Acrobat to be the default PDF reader as well. Windows 10 KEEPS defaulting BACK to Edge!! It's not only driving me nuts, but many of our programs and software cannot use Edge we have to use IE because of compatibility issues. I've tried om setting the default apps in a GPO, setting them in my OS image, adding a GPO that modifies the registry to set 'UserChoice' registry keys, to adding the 'NoOpenWith' registry key and writing login scripts that modifies both of those registry keys.
